John Bishop is a specialist in all forms of dispute resolution including arbitration, court litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

John has specialised in construction and engineering, oil and gas and energy projects for more than 40 years, representing clients at all stages of the construction process including procurement strategies, contract documentation, risk analyses and strategies, project counsel and dispute resolution including adjudication, mediation, litigation and arbitration.

Although based in London until 2003, John’s practice has had an international focus since the late 1970s.  In 2003 he moved to Hong Kong; in 2007 he moved to Beijing and for four years divided his time between the UAE and China.  He now divides his time between Beijing, Hong Kong and London.
